What You Will Do?

As a Personal Care Assistant with CareHero, you will provide supportive and enriching care to individuals in their homes, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for caregivers who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate companionship and engaging activities.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
• Administer medication reminders and ensure adherence to care plans.
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and CareHero team members regarding client well-being and any changes.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA), Home Health Aide (HHA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), or similar caregiving role.
• Current PCA, HHA, CNA, or equivalent certification required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and their families.
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality, personalized care.
• Clean background check required.
