What You Will Do?

As a caregiver with CareHero in Boston, you will provide supportive and enriching care to individuals in their homes, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for caregivers passionate about making a difference in the lives of others in the Boston community.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate companionship and engaging activities
• Assist with daily living activities including meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping
• Provide personal care assistance (e.g., bathing, dressing, grooming) as needed
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and CareHero team regarding client's condition and needs

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience as a caregiver or in a similar role (or equivalent personal experience)
• CNA, HHA, PCA, or similar certification required
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and families
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality, personalized care
• Clean background check and valid driver's license with reliable transportation (preferred for Boston area)
