What You Will Do?

As a caregiver with CareHero, you will provide supportive and enriching care to individuals in their homes, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for caregivers who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct personal care, including assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities.
• Assist with medication reminders and light meal preparation.
• Monitor and report changes in client's health or behavior to ensure a safe and supportive environment.
• Collaborate effectively with clients, families, and the CareHero team to meet individual care plans and goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience working with seniors or individuals requiring in-home care.
• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) certification required.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and their families.
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care.
