What You Will Do?

As a Home Health Aide with CareHero, you will provide essential supportive and enriching care to individuals in their homes in Newton, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for HHAs who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with light household tasks, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Offer companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities
• Ensure a safe and clean environment, and communicate any changes in the client's condition
• Collaborate with families to understand individual needs, preferences, and goals

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Home Health Aide (HHA), Personal Care Assistant (PCA), or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• CNA, HHA, PCA, or similar certification required
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and families
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality in-home care
• Clean background check and valid driver's license (preferred)
