Key Responsibilities of a CareHero CNA

• Provide direct personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper techniques.
• Monitor and record vital signs, observe changes in client condition, and report to supervisors.
• Assist with medication reminders and ensure clients adhere to their prescribed schedules.
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and ensure a safe, clean environment.

Qualifications for CNA Roles

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Massachusetts required.
• Prior experience in home care or a healthcare setting preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and families.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Clean background check and professional references.
