What You Will Do?

As a caregiver with CareHero, you will provide supportive and enriching care to individuals in their homes, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable. Key Responsibilities of a CareHero CNA

• Provide direct patient care, including assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Monitor and record vital signs, observe changes in client condition, and report to supervising nurse or family.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety and comfort.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for clients.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities.

Qualifications for CareHero CNAs

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) certification required.
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting, preferably with seniors or individuals requiring home care.
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and their families.
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care.
• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with patient care (e.g., lifting, transferring).
