What You Will Do?

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with CareHero, you will provide essential supportive and enriching care to individuals in their homes in Braintree, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for CNAs who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities of a CNA

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and ambulation support.
• Monitor and record vital signs, and report any changes in client condition to the appropriate supervisor.
• Assist with light meal preparation and medication reminders.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for clients.

Qualifications for CNA

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
• Prior experience providing direct patient care, preferably in a home care setting.
• Ability to perform ADLs, vital sign monitoring, and basic care tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care.
