What You Will Do?

As a companion caregiver with CareHero, you will provide supportive and engaging care to individuals in their homes, focusing on companionship, social interaction, and assistance with daily activities. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for caregivers who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others through meaningful connection.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer companionship and engaging activities (e.g., conversations, games, walks)
• Assist with light household tasks (e.g., meal preparation, tidying, laundry)
• Provide transportation and assistance with errands or appointments
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for the client
• Communicate effectively with clients and their families

Qualifications

• Prior experience in companion care or a similar caregiving role (either professionally or personally)
• CNA, HHA, PCA, or similar certification required
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality care
• Clean background check required
