What You Will Do?

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with CareHero, you will provide supportive and enriching care to individuals in their homes, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for CNAs who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety and comfort.
• Administer medication reminders and assist with light meal preparation.
• Monitor and document vital signs, observe changes in client condition, and report to appropriate personnel.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with seniors or individuals needing assistance (either professionally or personally).
• CNA, HHA, PCA, or similar certification required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately, with strong observational skills.
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality, person-centered care.
• Clean background check and valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
