What You Will Do?

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with CareHero, you will provide essential supportive and enriching care to individuals in their homes, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for CNAs who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper techniques and equipment
• Monitor and record vital signs, and report changes to the care team
• Administer medication reminders and assist with light meal preparation
• Offer companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities

Qualifications

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Massachusetts (or HHA/PCA with equivalent experience)
• Prior experience working with seniors or individuals needing in-home support
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality care
• Clean background check required
