What You Will Do?

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with CareHero, you will provide supportive and enriching care to individuals in their homes, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for CNAs who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Monitor and record vital signs, observe changes in client condition, and report to supervising nurse or family.
• Assist with safe mobility and transfers, using proper body mechanics and assistive devices.
• Administer medication reminders and assist with light meal preparation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for clients.

Qualifications

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Massachusetts required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a CNA, preferably in home care or a similar setting.
• Ability to perform essential job functions, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable for client visits).
