Key Responsibilities of a Home Health Aide

• Provide compassionate personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist clients with safe mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Perform light housekeeping duties and prepare nutritious meals.
• Administer medication reminders and monitor vital signs as directed.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities.

Qualifications for Home Health Aides

• Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) certification required (or CNA/PCA with relevant home care experience).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience providing in-home care or similar support.
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and their families.
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality, personalized care.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
