What You Will Do?

As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) with CareHero, you will provide essential supportive care to individuals in their homes, helping them with daily living activities to stay safe, active, and comfortable. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for caregivers who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities.
• Help with mobility and transfers as needed.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for the client.

Qualifications

• Valid Personal Care Assistant (PCA) certification, or equivalent (CNA, HHA) required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience providing personal care or home health services.
• Ability to assist with ADLs and mobility support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record (if applicable for errands/appointments).
