What You Will Do?

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with CareHero, you will provide essential supportive and enriching care to individuals in their homes, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for CNAs who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and ambulation support.
• Monitor and report changes in client's health status to supervising nurse or family.
• Assist with medication reminders and light meal preparation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for clients.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Massachusetts, or HHA/PCA with equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a caregiving role, preferably with seniors.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality care.
