What You Will Do?

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with CareHero, you will provide supportive and enriching care to individuals in their homes, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable. Key Responsibilities of a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

• Provide direct personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with transfers and ambulation using proper techniques and equipment.
• Monitor and record vital signs, and report changes in client's condition to the appropriate supervisor.
• Administer medication reminders as per care plan.
• Offer companionship and engagement activities.

Qualifications for Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) certification in Massachusetts.
• Prior experience working with seniors or individuals requiring personal care.
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and their families.
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care.
• Clean background check required.
