What You Will Do?

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with CareHero, you will provide supportive and enriching care to individuals in their homes, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for CNAs who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper techniques and equipment
• Administer medication reminders and assist with self-administration as needed
• Monitor and report changes in client's health or behavior to the care team
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands as required

Qualifications

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) certification required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a caregiving role, preferably with seniors
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and transfer clients safely (as needed)
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (preferred)
