What You Will Do?

As a caregiver with CareHero, you will provide supportive and enriching care to individuals in their homes, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for caregivers who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assistance with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Monitor and record vital signs, document patient observations, and report changes to nursing staff.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Maintain a clean and organized patient environment.
• Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support to clients.

Qualifications

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Massachusetts.
• Prior experience in a caregiving or healthcare setting (e.g., HHA, PCA experience is a plus).
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately.
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality care.
