What You Will Do?

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with CareHero, you will provide supportive and enriching care to individuals in their homes, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for CNAs who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others in Worcester.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Monitor and record vital signs, observe changes in client condition, and report to supervising nurse or family.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety and comfort.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for clients.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) certification in Massachusetts required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a CNA, HHA, or PCA, preferably in home care or a similar setting.
• Ability to perform essential job functions, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
