What You Will Do?

As a caregiver with CareHero, you will provide supportive and enriching care to individuals in their homes, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable. Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, for individuals in their homes.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety and comfort.
• Administer medication reminders and assist with light meal preparation.
• Monitor and report changes in client's health or behavior to the care team.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment, ensuring client well-being.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), Personal Care Assistant (PCA), or similar certification required.
• Proven experience providing direct patient care, preferably with seniors or individuals with specific health needs.
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and their families.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
