What You Will Do as a Home Health Aide?

As a Home Health Aide with CareHero, you will provide essential supportive and enriching care to individuals in their homes, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for HHAs passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities.
• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support with light household tasks, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Monitor and report changes in client's health or behavior to the care team.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA).
• Current CNA, HHA, or PCA certification required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach.
• Ability to perform duties independently and reliably.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
