What You Will Do?

As a caregiver with CareHero, you will provide supportive and enriching care to individuals in their homes, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for caregivers who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, for clients in Arlington.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and exercises as directed by the client's care plan.
• Administer medication reminders and assist with light meal preparation.
• Monitor and report changes in client's health or behavior to the care team.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for the client.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Massachusetts.
• Proven experience working with seniors or individuals needing in-home support.
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and families.
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality, personalized care.
• Clean background check required.
