What You Will Do?

As a caregiver with CareHero, you will provide supportive and enriching care to individuals in their homes, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for caregivers who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper body mechanics and assistive devices.
• Monitor and record vital signs, intake and output, and report any changes in client condition to the nursing supervisor.
• Assist with medication reminders and ensure clients take prescribed medications as directed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for clients.

Qualifications

• CNA, HHA, PCA, or similar certification required.
• Prior experience working with seniors or individuals with chronic conditions (either professionally or personally).
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately.
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality care.
• Clean pass required background check.
