What You Will Do?

As a companion caregiver with CareHero, you will provide supportive and enriching companionship to individuals in their homes, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for caregivers who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others through meaningful connection.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer companionship and engaging activities tailored to client interests
• Assist with light household tasks (e.g., meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry)
• Provide assistance with errands, appointments, and social outings
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for the client
• Communicate any changes in the client's condition or needs to the CareHero team

Qualifications

• Prior experience providing companion care or working with seniors (either professionally or personally)
• CNA, HHA, PCA, or similar certification required, or demonstrated equivalent experience in companion care
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality care
• Clean background check required
