What You Will Do?

As a caregiver with CareHero, you will provide supportive and enriching care to individuals in their homes, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable. Key Responsibilities for a CareHero CNA

• Provide direct personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety and comfort.
• Monitor and record vital signs, and report any changes in client condition to the appropriate supervisor.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities.

Qualifications for CareHero CNAs

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) certification required.
• Prior experience in a caregiving role, preferably with seniors or individuals requiring assistance with ADLs.
• Ability to effectively communicate and provide compassionate care.
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to delivering high-quality care.
• Successful completion of a background check.
