Key Responsibilities of a CNA

• Provide direct personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting assistance.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety and comfort.
• Administer medication reminders and assist with feeding as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in client's health status or behavior to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for clients.

Qualifications for CNA Roles

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
• Prior experience in a caregiving role, preferably with seniors or individuals requiring personal care.
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and their families.
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality, person-centered care.
• Successful completion of a background check and valid CPR/First Aid certification.
