What You Will Do?

As a caregiver with CareHero, you will provide supportive and enriching care to individuals in their homes, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable. Key Responsibilities of a CareHero CNA

• Provide direct patient care, including assistance with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Monitor and record vital signs, observe patient conditions, and report changes to nursing staff.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Administer medication reminders and assist with light meal preparation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for clients.

Qualifications for CareHero CNAs

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required. HHA or PCA certification may be considered with relevant experience.
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting, particularly with seniors or individuals requiring personal care.
• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with patient care (e.g., lifting, transferring).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and observational skills.
• Reliable, compassionate, and committed to providing high-quality care.
