What You Will Do?

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with CareHero, you will provide supportive and enriching care to individuals in their homes, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for CNAs who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting assistance.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper body mechanics and assistive devices.
• Administer medication reminders and assist with self-administration as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and ensure a safe, clean environment.
• Monitor and report changes in client's health status or behavior to the care team.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Massachusetts is required. HHA or PCA certification with relevant experience may also be considered.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a caregiving role, preferably with seniors or individuals requiring assistance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with patient care (e.g., lifting, transferring).
• Reliable transportation and a clean background check.
