Key Responsibilities for a CNA

• Provide direct personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Monitor and record vital signs, and report any changes in client condition to the nursing supervisor.
• Assist with medication reminders and light meal preparation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for clients.

Qualifications for CNA Roles

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) certification required.
• Prior experience providing direct patient care, especially with seniors or individuals with specific health needs.
• Ability to perform essential job functions, including lifting and assisting with transfers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach.
• Reliable transportation and a clean background check.
