What You Will Do?

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with CareHero, you will provide supportive and enriching care to individuals in their homes, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for CNAs who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Assist clients with safe mobility and transfers, utilizing appropriate equipment.
• Monitor and accurately record vital signs, reporting any significant changes to the care team.
• Assist with medication reminders and light meal preparation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment for clients.

Qualifications

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) certification in Massachusetts.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a caregiving or healthcare environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and their families.
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality, personalized care.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
