Key Responsibilities of a CareHero CNA

• Provide direct personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting assistance.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety and comfort.
• Monitor and record vital signs, and report any changes in client condition to the care team.
• Assist with medication reminders and light meal preparation.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for the client.

Qualifications for CareHero CNAs

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
• Prior experience in home care, assisted living, or a similar healthcare setting.
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and families.
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality care.
• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with caregiving (e.g., lifting, transferring).
