What You Will Do?

As a caregiver with CareHero, you will provide supportive and enriching care to individuals in their homes, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable. Key Responsibilities of a PCA

• Provide compassionate assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with light household tasks, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities.
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and CareHero team members regarding client well-being and any changes.

Qualifications for PCA Roles

• Prior experience providing personal care or support to seniors or individuals with disabilities (professional or personal).
• Possession of a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) certificate, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or equivalent certification is required.
• Ability to communicate clearly and empathetically.
• Reliable, responsible, and dedicated to delivering high-quality, personalized care.
• Successful completion of a background check.
