What You Will Do?

As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) with CareHero, you will provide supportive and enriching care to individuals in their homes, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for caregivers who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety and comfort
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and tidying living areas
• Offer companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities

Qualifications

• Current Personal Care Assistant (PCA) certification, or CNA, HHA, or similar certification required
• Prior experience providing personal care to seniors or individuals with disabilities
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and their families
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality, personalized care
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening
