What You Will Do?

As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) with CareHero, you will provide essential supportive and enriching care to individuals in their homes in Medford, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable. Key Responsibilities of a Personal Care Assistant (PCA)

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities.
• Assist with light household tasks, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for the client.
• Provide mobility support, including transfers and ambulation assistance.

Qualifications for Personal Care Assistant (PCA)

• Prior experience providing personal care or assistance to seniors or individuals with disabilities (professionally or personally).
• Possession of a CNA, HHA, PCA, or equivalent caregiving certification is required.
• Ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with clients and families.
• Reliable, responsible, and dedicated to delivering high-quality, personalized care.
• Successful completion of a background check.
