What You Will Do?

As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) with CareHero, you will provide essential supportive and enriching care to individuals in their homes, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for caregivers who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others through direct personal support.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide support with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Offer companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities
• Assist with light household tasks such as meal preparation, tidying, and laundry
• Provide medication reminders and ensure adherence to care plans

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) or in a similar caregiving role (professional or personal)
• Possession of a CNA, HHA, PCA, or equivalent caregiving certification is required
• Demonstrated ability to assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care
