What You Will Do?

As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) with CareHero, you will provide supportive and enriching care to individuals in their homes, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for PCAs who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for the client.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and CareHero team regarding client's well-being and any changes.

Qualifications

• Valid Personal Care Assistant (PCA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification required.
• Prior experience providing personal care or support to seniors or individuals with disabilities.
• Ability to communicate clearly and compassionately.
• Reliable, responsible, and dedicated to providing high-quality, personalized care.
• Successful completion of a background check.
