What You Will Do?

As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) with CareHero, you will provide essential supportive care to individuals in their homes, assisting with daily living activities to help them maintain independence, safety, and comfort. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for PCAs who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide mobility support, including transfers and ambulation assistance.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities.

Qualifications

• Current Personal Care Assistant (PCA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or equivalent certification required.
• Prior experience providing personal care or assisting individuals with daily living activities.
• Ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with clients and their families.
• Reliable, responsible, and dedicated to delivering high-quality, personalized care.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
