What You Will Do?

As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) with CareHero, you will provide supportive and enriching care to individuals in their homes, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for caregivers who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Offer companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for the client
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and CareHero staff regarding client's condition and needs

Qualifications

• Prior experience providing personal care or home care support (either professionally or personally)
• Must hold a CNA, HHA, PCA, or equivalent certification
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and their families
• Reliable, responsible, and dedicated to delivering high-quality, personalized care
• Successful completion of a background check is required
