What You Will Do?

As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) with CareHero, you will provide essential supportive and enriching care to individuals in their homes, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for PCAs who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others by assisting with daily living activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist with light household tasks such as meal preparation, light cleaning, and laundry
• Offer companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities
• Provide medication reminders and ensure adherence to care plans
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety and comfort

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA), Home Health Aide (HHA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), or similar caregiving role (either professionally or personally)
• Current PCA, CNA, HHA, or equivalent certification required
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and their families
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality, personalized care
• Clean background check required
