What You Will Do?

As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) with CareHero, you will provide essential supportive and enriching care to individuals in their homes, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for PCAs who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist with safe mobility and transfers
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Offer companionship and engage in stimulating activities
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment and communicate any changes in the client's condition

Qualifications

• Valid Personal Care Assistant (PCA) certification, or equivalent (CNA, HHA)
• Prior experience providing personal care to seniors or individuals with disabilities (either professionally or personally)
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality care
• Successful completion of a background check
