What You Will Do?

As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) with CareHero, you will provide essential supportive and enriching care to individuals in their homes, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for PCAs who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support with light household tasks, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for the client.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and CareHero staff regarding client well-being and any changes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is essential.
• Strong ability to provide compassionate and effective personal care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to client well-being.
• Successful completion of a background check.
