What You Will Do?

As a Home Health Aide with CareHero, you will provide supportive and enriching personal care to individuals in their homes, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for HHAs who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment, reporting any changes in the client's condition.
• Collaborate with families and CareHero team to understand individual needs and preferences.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Home Health Aide (HHA), Personal Care Assistant (PCA), or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred.
• CNA, HHA, PCA, or similar certification required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and families.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Clean background check and drug screening required.
