What You Will Do?

As a Home Health Aide with CareHero, you will provide essential supportive and enriching care to individuals in their homes, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for HHAs who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities of a Home Health Aide

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with light household tasks, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities.
• Monitor and report changes in client's health or behavior to family and CareHero team.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for the client.

Qualifications for Home Health Aides

• Current Home Health Aide (HHA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) certification required.
• Prior experience providing in-home care or working with seniors.
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and families.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
