What You Will Do?

As a Home Health Aide with CareHero, you will provide supportive and enriching personal care to individuals in their homes, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for HHAs who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming assistance.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety and comfort.
• Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities.
• Monitor and report changes in client's health or behavior to the care team.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA, HHA, PCA, or equivalent certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Home Health Aide or similar caregiving role.
• Ability to perform personal care tasks and assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
