What You Will Do?

As a Home Health Aide with CareHero, you will provide supportive and enriching personal care to individuals in their homes in Medford, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for HHAs who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities of a Home Health Aide

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, and running errands.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities.
• Remind clients to take medications as prescribed.
• Monitor and report changes in client's health or behavior to the appropriate supervisor.

Qualifications for Home Health Aide

• Prior experience as a Home Health Aide (HHA), Personal Care Aide (PCA), or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is required.
• Current CNA, HHA, or PCA certification (or equivalent) required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and their families.
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality, personalized care.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
