What You Will Do?

As a Home Health Aide with CareHero, you will provide essential supportive and enriching care to individuals in their homes, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for HHAs who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others across Massachusetts.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Assist with safe mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with self-administration.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or similar caregiving role.
• CNA, HHA, PCA, or equivalent certification required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and families.
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality, personalized care.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
