What You Will Do?

As a Home Health Aide with CareHero, you will provide supportive and enriching care to individuals in their homes in Lynn, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable. Key Responsibilities of a Home Health Aide

• Provide assistance with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and CareHero staff regarding client well-being.

Qualifications for Home Health Aide

• Prior experience working as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or with seniors/individuals needing in-home support.
• CNA, HHA, PCA, or similar certification required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and families.
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality, personalized care.
• Clean background check required.
