What You Will Do?

As a Home Health Aide with CareHero, you will provide supportive and enriching care to individuals in their homes, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for HHAs who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Offer companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities
• Ensure a safe and clean environment, reporting any changes in client's condition
• Collaborate with families to understand individual needs and preferences

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Home Health Aide (HHA), Personal Care Assistant (PCA), or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• CNA, HHA, PCA, or similar certification required
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and families
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality care
• Clean background check and valid driver's license with reliable transportation
