What You Will Do?

As a companion caregiver with CareHero, you will provide supportive and enriching companionship to individuals in their homes, helping them stay engaged, active, and comfortable. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for caregivers who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others through meaningful connection.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer companionship and engage in stimulating activities (e.g., conversations, games, hobbies)
• Assist with light household tasks (e.g., meal preparation, light tidying, errands)
• Provide medication reminders and ensure a safe, comfortable environment
• Accompany clients to appointments or social outings
• Communicate effectively with families and maintain professionalism

Qualifications

• Prior experience providing companionship or care to seniors (either professionally or personally)
• CNA, HHA, PCA, or similar certification required
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality companionship
• Clean background check required
