What You Will Do?

As a companion caregiver with CareHero, you will provide supportive and enriching companionship to individuals in their homes, helping them stay engaged, safe, and comfortable. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for caregivers who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others through meaningful connection.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer companionship and engaging activities (e.g., conversation, games, reading)
• Assist with light household tasks (e.g., meal preparation, tidying up)
• Provide medication reminders and ensure adherence to care plans
• Accompany clients to appointments, social outings, or run errands
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for the client

Qualifications

• Prior experience in companion care or working with seniors (either professionally or personally)
• CNA, HHA, PCA, or similar certification required
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality care
• Clean background check and valid driver's license with reliable transportation
