What You Will Do?

As a companion caregiver with CareHero, you will provide supportive and enriching companionship to individuals in their homes, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for caregivers who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others through companionship.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer companionship and engaging activities (e.g., conversation, games, reading)
• Assist with light household tasks (e.g., meal preparation, tidying up, laundry)
• Provide transportation for errands, appointments, and social outings
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for the client
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and CareHero team

Qualifications

• Prior experience providing companionship or non-medical care (either professionally or personally)
• CNA, HHA, PCA, or similar certification preferred, or relevant experience in caregiving
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality companion care
• Clean background check and valid driver's license with reliable transportation
